‘A Kadatschke in Bnei Brak’! Landsman, Malchut, and the 12 Wedding Stars!

Kadatschke in Bnei Brak? Until recently, these two concepts were somewhat of a mystery, as the Kadatzke dance is characterized by a Yerushalmi aroma shrouded in ancient grandeur, which the people of Jerusalem brought from the Druze regions and the Arabs of the Land of Israel, whom they encountered in the alleys of the Old City or in Meron on Lag Ba’Omer, while in the Torah city and the Chassidic communities of Gush Dan, such dances were less frequently observed.

However, over the years, the Kadatzke dance broke into the circles of the happy and became the symbol of dance and joy on every lively dance floor. There is no dance floor without dozens of Kadatzke dancers who form the core of a wedding or any Jewish celebration.

Towards the days of interregnum, the Malchut Choir and Ushi Landsman present the third episode in the series ‘Ein Bnei Brak‘, after the first dance sequence of the first episode and the welcoming sequence of the second episode, with the current episode being released under the sign of ‘Kadatzke‘, as it contains a medley of the most vibrant authentic dance hits of all time. New hits that have just been released alongside nostalgic melodies from the archive, performed in perfect harmony by the greatest wedding singers in the sector.

Participating in the project this time are Avrami Lunger, Mendy Weiss, Moishe Veles, Yosla Krishevsky, Chaim Pollak, Yoeli Klein, Eli Weiss, Moti Goldman, Ahrele Samet, Ushi Porush, Yossela Leifer and Yoeli Davidovich.

Once again, the concept was conceived by Pinchas Bichler, who of course also arranged the vocals, and Ushi Landsman, who is responsible for the strategy and execution, and the musical arrangement together with his younger brother Naftali Landsman – a member of the ‘Malchut’ choir.
