Fried In English Sounds Different: Shabbos Kodesh

Fried In English Sounds Different: Shabbos Kodesh

Dear friends
I had a musical dream years ago to record the great Yiddish compositions of R’ Yom Tov Ehrlich z”l
whose songs are etched in my Neshoma since I was a young child.
And BH my dream came true. I recorded 2 albums of his songs. “Yiddish Gems” was a huge success.
Then requests starting pouring in that I should also record those songs in Hebrew.
And that too materialized.
Now here is stage three! The first of his songs translated into English. Shabbos Kodesh.
It is my sincere hope that the English-speaking audience will come to love and appreciate the great
songs of R’ Yom Tov and, especially the young folk.

The song was arranged and produced by Avrumi Berko.
