Shir Hama’alos- Tzviki Rand in A Cover of The Song “Tzipiya L’Geula” By Yeedle Werdyger
In these days when the entire Jewish people is preparing and longing for the Jewish holiday of redemption – Pesach, Tzviki Rand in his beautiful voice prays to Hashem, כעיני עבדים אל יד אדוניהם, כעיני שפחה אל יד גבירתה, כן עינינו אל ה’ אלוקינו עד שיחננו.
The song, composed by Eli Laufer for Yeedle Werdyger for his magical album “A Verdiger Yid“, immediately became an ironclad asset in Jewish Chassidic music, and was sung for years at weddings and events as one of the opening emotional songs.
Now that our people have passed a year and a half of the War with good moments and less, on the eve of the holiday of redemption in which we are about to be redeemed, it is time to sing and pray: Yes, our eyes are to HaShem , until He saves us.
