Excited & Praying: Reb Yitzi Ackerman In A New Single “Veshavu Banim”
In the midst of the days of the hostage deal, when we are exposed to moving and heartbreaking scenes with the hostages who are still in captivity, Yitzi Ackerman releases a new single that he composed himself, the arrangement and musical production of which was by Eli Klein and Yitzy Berry.
Yitzi writes, “I composed this song in honor of the Kuperstein family, whose son Bar, is still in captivity in Gaza. I met the Kuperstein family in the tent of the ‘Ayelet Hashachar‘ organization in the Chatufim (Hostage) Square in Tel Aviv, and I was struck by their resilience and burning faith.
Many of the families have become my own family. This song is dedicated to them and their loved ones.
