Child Prodigy Shay Viner Surprises With A New Single, “Shabbat Shalom”

After a long period of studio work, child prodigy Shay Viner releases a new, personal single that delivers exactly what was missing from the musical landscape: an authentic, warm, and distinctly Israeli Shabbat song—the kind that transports you straight into the home on a Friday afternoon. The song was written and composed especially for him by artist Yishai Lapidot.

Shai leads the track with a mature, precise vocal performance, accompanied by a tight musical arrangement by Daniel Chen. The song is released as the annual Torah reading cycle begins anew with Bereshit. It is accompanied by a high-quality, atmospheric music video featuring a unique script by ADSDSTUDIO. The video captures the special feeling of the hours leading up to Shabbat—as preparations wrap up, the table is set, and a quiet calm settles over the home in anticipation of the “Shabbat Queen.”
