Aish Kodesh Music Project: Meshorer Ha’Teshuvah

At this year’s annual dinner, Aish Kodesh honored Rav and Rebbetzin Weinberger to celebrate their 25 years of service to the kehilah and to look forward to an even brighter future. Beautiful and holy Jewish music has been a big part of the Aish Kodesh culture and experience so it was fitting that in conjunction with the dinner a remarkable new album was produced.

Rav Weinberger has shared his passion for the compositions of Michael Shapiro, a relatively unknown artist whose compositions from Yerushalayim in the 1980’s penetrated the soul. The album consist of covers of many of those astonishing nigunim.
The album was produced by Shlomo Katz and features artists with deep ties to the Aish Kodesh community; Eitan Katz, Yosef Karduner, Chaim Dovid, Zusha, Raz Hartman, Dovid’l Weinberg, and Yaakov Shalom Klein.
