Ahrele Samet Hosts Chaim Pollak – Ki Hinei KaChomer – Heilige Minuten #4
The composition “Slach Na” has already touched many hearts, and now “Ahrele Samet” together with the guest singer from Vižnitz, Chaim Pollak, presents the second composition from “Heilige Minuten 4.” It is a special melody full of emotion and warmth on the piyut “Ki Hinei KaChomer“
This special and uplifting melody is attributed to the renowned composer R’ Berish Vishever, hy’d,
who was a composer at the holy court of Satmar in Hungary. Many of his sacred compositions are also sung in Vižnitz and many other courts.
As mentioned, “Heilige Minuten” is a project by Ahrele Samet, in which he presents the prayers of the High Holy Days in the ancient and moving style of the Chassidic Vizhnitz for generations, as he heard and received from his rabbi, the Rebbe of Toldos Avraham Yitzchak Shlita, a distinguished disciple of the author of the Imrei Chaim of Vizhnitz
Heilige Minuten 1-3 encompassed the prayers of Yom HaDin.
In Heilige Minuten 4, Ahrela continued to Yom Kippur with moving and magnificent performances of selected excerpts from the prayers of the night of the Holy Day
