Yaakov Shwekey With A Single From The New Album – ‘Galgalim’

A few days before Purim, Yaakov Shwekey is releasing his new album “Guf Uneshama”, a gift we all need during these difficult times. Brimming with soul-stirring tracks, the new album features a single titled “Galgalim” that is sure to be an unprecedented hit. The song talks about the complex reality that we all experienced in the last few months, the changes that we’ve seen, but how our strongest beliefs
never waver. “Galgalim” was written by Miriam Israeli and composed by Yitzy Waldner – the dynamic duo responsible for many of Shwekey’s biggest hits. Ravid Kashti is the mastermind behind this song’s outstanding musical production.

Guf Uneshama” includes six new songs in a wide variety of styles, and is the first of four EP albums that will be released in the coming year produced by David Fadida. The theme song of the album was released a few weeks ago accompanied by a unique music video that’s already making waves through the Jewish world. This new album features intriguing duets with Shlomi Shabbat and Zanvil Weinberger, as well as the song “United We Stand”, which was written soon after the war began.
