Mendel Roth Surprises With A New Single & Video “Lech Lecha”
Artist Mendel Roth, who only three months ago created a major storm with his “Shir Ahava” that he released, and is surprising everyone again with a cinematic clip, which tells the story of a Chareidi boy thrown out of his father’s house because his father couldn’t deal with how different his son was.
At the end of his search and journey, the boy arrives at the “Jewish Festival”, which enables young boys to express themselves through art, creativity, and musical prayer in the embrace of nature. This is where the boy finds his renewed connection to his Neshama, and at the end of the story, the father himself comes to the festival and watches his son experience a new rejuvenated spirituality, and understands that his son was just looking for his own way towards Hashem, and all of the external signs that he was showing were not distancing him from Hashem but rather quite the opposite.
The boy is played by Nussi Fuchs, and the father is played Shalom Succot. Composition, lyrics, and vocals by Mendel Roth, and musical arrangement by Yanky Cohen.
