Baryo & Laufer Release A New Hit Song

You know how some long lost songs from several years back suddenly come back to life and turn into big hits? This is what happened with Carlibach’s song “Hashivenu”, and “Im Tachane” by Yeedle. These tracks among others all have one thing in common: they are songs that last for a while, and aren’t going to be forgotten so easily.

Baryo Chakshur, who has released several hit songs like Birshus, Ana Avda, & Berachamim, is about to release a song in a genre which is very popular today – specifically for weddings. This is the first track from the upcoming album Baryo 2. The song entitled “Shehechiyanu“, which you’ll be so familiar with by the time you get to unwrap the CD cover or until your wedding (or your children’s weddings iy”h). Since this time Baryo understood that he possesses a hit song, he specifically chose Eli Laufer, whose work lasts quite long (Eg. “Im Tachane” & MBD’s album Ma’aminim).

Today, Baryo is a 23 years old yeshiva bachur, who is on the dating scene. He is currently focusing on completing his album and is preparing for a public appearance where he’ll sing and perform his new singles.

Baryo, considered one of big Hasidic music discoveries in 2010, is currently in yeshiva Torah Vaddas in New York. Has collaborated with singer Yaakov Shwekey for the song “Birshus” that was sung at the opening of the Shwekey Live In Caesarea concert back in 5768.

After the release of his debut album “Shir UShvacha” in 2011 Baryo continued to climb the music charts with the release of songs like “Nfla Ateret Rosheno” which became an instant classic and the popular wedding hit “Ki Hamalchus” which he released with the youngest son of Moshe Laufer.

In the summer of 2012, Baryo was selected to participate together with 24 of today’s biggest singers from around the world in a project by Coca Cola company featuring songs of Shabbos. Recently Baryo released an album of nostalgic songs called “Anim Zemiros.” Now, he walks toward his second album as mentioned coming out the first of many.)
