A message from Yonatan:
The song “Kotointi” was composed prayer of Yaakov ovinu as he stands in the same spot where he stood twenty-one years earlier with nothing at all, and see all the favors done to them .To daven to Hashem to save him from his brother who wants to kill him.
My grandfather who jumped off the train in the camps, survived and immigrated to Israel. He told me how he feels connected to this prayer, and how he feels infinitely small to the mercies of Hashem. In a time where the world felt destitute and now a Jewish family surrounded by grandparents in Israel.
With this song and these words I want, also, to publicize the miracle happened (and continues) to happening to us, with our daughter’s recovery, Rivka Long live.
