Yaakov Shwekey With A New EP In Honor Of His Daughter’s Wedding “Ahavat Olam”
“My daughter’s wedding was a very special and emotional event for me. In the past year, I lost both my parents, and my father passed away just a week before the wedding. Music has always been a part of my life, and even at the wedding, the new songs accompanied us as a family in the emotional transition from mourning to great joy. During the song ‘Asher Bara,’ I felt the need to sing together with my son, Menachem, to experience this excitement and joy together as a family. Now, as we are on the eve of Shavuot, when we renew our marriage covenant with the holy Torah and G-d every year, there is nothing more fitting than to sing these songs.”
