Yaakov Shwekey In A New Single – ‘Kivinu’

Yaakov Shwekey releases a new single titled “Kivinu”, from an upcoming EP album soon to be released. The song, which Shwekey co-wrote and composed together with Eldar Moshe, speaks about the constant hope and anticipation for salvation. In these days, when all of Klal Yisrael is davening for the safe return of our brothers and sisters held captive, the heartfelt lyrics take on an even deeper meaning.

Yaakov shares: “The idea for this song came to me about two years ago, when I heard about a woman who had been davening for many years to find her shidduch. She had special kavana when saying the words ‘Ki L’yeshuascha kivinu kol hayom’, and b’chasdei Hashem, she was zocheh to her personal yeshuah. My hope is that people will listen to this song and be inspired to daven for their own yeshuah.”
