A Tribute To My Father: Gil Israelov – “Barcheni Avi”

Gil Israelov, singer and lyricist is considered one of the top up and coming chuppah singers in Israel. Two years have passed since he released the song Yofyo Shel Ha’Olam, while he has also been working on his debut album and the program Ha’Paytan together with Yehoram Gaon, Avihu Medina, David D’Or, Kobi Aflallo, and Yechiel Nahari, in which he came in second place. He also has participated in performances with Avraham Fried, Ovadia Chamama, Ariel Zilber, Yehoram Gaon, and as part of the Moetzet Hashira Ha’Yehudit. Lately he has been working on his debut album, from which he is now releasing the single Barcheni Avi, which was written by Avichai Or. The song was arranged by Yoni Eliav.
