Shmuel Levy known in the Jewish music world as LevYatan, was born in Morocco, grew up in Nahariya and now lives in Los Angeles. To date LevYatan has released three albums.
LevYatan’s latest album (his fourth) “LevYatan – Rising”, includes the song “Veyiten Lecha” that combines the words of YitchakYa blessing his son Yaacob and Jacob’s blessing for his grandchildren Meneshe and Ephraim – ‘Haamalach Magoel’, his own composition and arrangement.
