Motty Ilowitz With A New Song & Video: Der Grester Gibor
L’kovod the 47th Yahrtzeit of the holy Satmar Rebbe, רבינו יואל בן הרה”ק חנני יו”ט זי”ע, we are honored to release this song, drawn from the Rebbe’s holy writings.
This piece gives voice to a rare and extraordinary tefillah in which the Rebbe speaks of the greatness of the working Yid. The quiet hero who leaves the warmth of home and shul and steps out into the street to face the demands of parnassah, the pressures of the world, and the countless struggles of daily life, yet does not allow those challenges to diminish his kedushah.
He returns home carrying the fatigue of a long day, but with his emunah intact, his heart connected to Hashem and filled with holiness, and his strength renewed by the knowledge that his honest work is itself a strong avodah.
