Mordy Shapiro In A New Song, A Protest Anthem Against The Rise of Anti-Semitism

“With the rise of anti-Semitism around the world, I decided to compose a song about Jewish pride. We can not, and should not be ashamed of our identity, and certainly not to walk around in apprehension and fear,” says Shapiro.

“We must stand up for what we believe in and only strengthen our commitment to Hashem. For example: Wearing a yamulka and tzitzis with pride, observing mitzvos with confidence and joy. In the song I sing “Even when they hate us I stand and sing.” the words were written by the duo Eli Klein and Yitzy Berry and the song was arranged and musical direction by Mendy Portnoy.
