A Yiddishe Mameh is an impressive and valuable production from the producers of the Lechaim series: R’ Yosef Moshe Kahana and Yehuda Glili. Some of the biggest names in Chassidish music are featured on the album, including Dudi Kalish, Zanvil Weinberger, Yanky Daskal, Velvel Feldman, Yoely Falkowitz, Moishe Shtekel, and R’ Yosef Moshe Kahana himself. There are ten Grammen hits in Yiddish in this album, as well as a bonus track of A Yiddishe Mameh from Yossele Rosenblatt, performed by Yeshaya Perentz.
