Itzik Dadya: “Mimamakim” In memory
Last Friday Itzik Dadya was in the middle of recorded for his album in the studio of Daniel Vensmian’s studio, the studio manager got a call from someone close to the Dorai family (one of the girls who was killed in the explosion), telling him that Rebecca was probably among one of the fatalities in the explosion.
Inspired by this story, composer Eli Cohen & Itzik Dadya whent to work on creating a song about this terrible tragedy in memory of those who perished.
The result is the following song “Mimamakim” which we present to you this morning. May we all be zoche to the coming of Moshiach bekarov.
