Haneshama Lach – We Lead You First: Together With Thousands of Yeshiva Students in Bnei Brak: Yeedle Werdyger & Shlomie Cohen “Shirim Elul”
When the night is wrapped in holiness, and when thousands of pure souls unite in one melody – something magical happens. On the eve of Rosh Chodesh Elul, at the Haifa Congress Center, thousands of yeshiva students from Bnei Brak experienced moments of ascension that will never be forgotten.
“Shirim Elul – Haneshama Lach” Together with the great Chassidic singers Yeedle Werdyger and Shlomie Cohen, conducted by musician Avi Dror, the song of the masses ascended to the heavens. Thousands of clear voices of Torah workers merged into one sacred melody, songs of the terrible days that penetrated straight to the heart.
In these days, when we beg for forgiveness before Hashem , when the soul longs to draw near and ascend – thousands of Torah scholars have risen and reminded us of the power of sacred singing from the depths of the heart to open the gates of heaven.
Into the night, in an atmosphere of exaltation and tremendous connection, the sacred melody that connects heaven and earth is heard. Every note, every word – from the power of the pure souls of the yeshiva students in the spirit of their Torah and fear.
The sublime “Ashreichem” ceremony – a blessed initiative of the Bnei Brak Municipality, “Young and Youth Communities” Department – with the participation of Rabbi Menachem Shapira and Mayor Rabbi Chanoch Seibert, who sent his blessing to the event, became a moment of connection that will remain engraved in the heart forever.
Watch! This is true soul singing that stirs the heart for the Holy Days!
