‘Fidel’! New Single By The ‘Malchut’ Choir, Ahrela Samet, Mendy Weiss, Yoeli Davidovich & Simcha Birnhak

A new song, on harp and violin, is released by the greats of Chassidic singing – the ‘Malchut‘ Choir, Ahrela Samet, Mendy Weiss, Yoeli Davidovich and Simcha Birnhak.
The concept of the song, conceived and composed by Pinchas Bichler, is based on the words of the Midrash in Tehillim (Psalm 22) in which it is told of King David who was up there with a harp and a violin and was shaken in the middle of the night and played them, while the famous Yiddish words of the king of cantors Yossele Rosenblatt were cast to the chorus of the sweeping song – ‘David HaMelech Mit Zein Fiddle Vet Unz Zigen Aza Sheinah Lidle…’.
The composer of this ‘creation’ is Yair Adler, who himself participates in the performance, and the arrangement is by the young and talented Benny Barzel. The single is being released ahead of the wedding of the young producer Dudi Bauer, who has signed quite a few of the music industry’s major video productions, in which great singers of all stripes participate.
