David Sitbon – Binyan Adei Ad
Another voice in Israel: the world of Jewish music will be refreshed by a brand new voice that is both polished and touching! David Sitbon, a gifted singer paves his way to the summit. He has experienced music from the time he was a young child in a musical and his father, a great singer in France, wrote and composed songs that became hits.
Sitbon was a child prodigy who participated in the children’s choir known as “Oh Rebbi” and accompanied singers at events and weddings. Sitbon attended Chabad yeshiva in Israel for a significant period, then came on shlichus to Italy, where he received Smicha. During his stay in Europe, Sitbon organized Jewish events for Jewish communities. He sang at concerts all over the globe, last summer he performed with great Chasidic singer Mordechai Ben David in France.
When he returned to Israel, his reputation preceded him and David Sitbon became powerful and popular at weddings. He also participated in Chabad activities in Israel and military bases where he continued to cheer on thousands of soldiers. David has three children, and lives in Jerusalem.
The current hit single “Binyan Adei Ad”, showcases Sitbon’s vocal abilities. He recruited the finest professionals in the market, Yaakov Menashe – a rising star in the field of composition and Yuval Shtuppel, accompanying talented processor projects the world’s largest Jewish music. “I looked for a long time” says David, “I came to the composer Yaakov Menashe together with my father, listening to dozens of songs, but when he got to this song, we looked at each other and it was clear this was the song.”
