On November 26th, 2010 a Jewish acapella group from YU the Maccabeats, released a parody single entitled “Candelight“. A video was made for the single and put on Youtube. Within one week the video was already over one million hits and still climbing. Radio station, television, everyone was clamoring after these talented group of young men. The concept of the song/video was to show the world the story of Chanukah is a interesting and fun way. On this very special edition of the Z Report, Yossi “Z”weig sits down with four members of the famed Maccabeats group backstage at the yearly YU Chanukah concert to talk about their success.
