Linshom- Pause To Breathe: Mordechai Roth Releases New Single & Music Video

Amidst endless traffic jams, the atmosphere of a national election, family pressures, the daily rat race, and the approaching winter weather, a new song by emotional therapist and artist Mordechai Roth reminds us to pause everything, take a deep breath, and remember that everything will work out.

Daily life often brings a routine packed with pressures from every direction—from traffic congestion and family obligations to work demands and the shifting weather that affects us all. Within this turbulent reality, emotional therapist and artist Mordechai Roth launches a new musical piece—one that is both empowering and full of hope.

The new song, written and composed by Roth himself, drawing from both his professional therapeutic experience and his personal life, is accompanied by an innovative and striking music video. It vividly illustrates the sharp transition from the surrounding chaos to a state of inner stillness, conveying the work’s core message: the ability to disconnect, for just a moment, from all the “noise” in our environment—and simply “breathe.” Mordechai Roth shares the background behind the song: “We live in a relentless race. Every day, I encounter people who are simply thirsting for a moment to catch their breath. The song’s message is simple and clear: no matter how much chaos surrounds us—whether at home, on the road, at work, or even in the weather—the moment we pause, take a deep breath, and remember that Someone is running the world, things begin to fall into place.”
