Yossi Fried Launches For Passover: “Avadim” – A Song of Faith & Anticipation of Redemption
In preparation for Passover, singer Yossi Fried launches the new single “Avadim“, a rhythmic and moving song that connects the Exodus from Egypt and the longing for complete redemption. The basis for the song is an ancient Chabad melody, along with additional pieces that Yossi himself composed. The arrangement and musical production is by Moishe Kahane.
“Avadim” seeks to remind us that precisely from the days of exile and struggle, the people of Israel continue to lift their eyes in faith and seek light, redemption and the closeness of HaShem. With a distinct Passover scent, a sweeping melody and a strengthening message, Yossi Fried presents a song that combines the atmosphere of the holiday and also touches on the point of longing that accompanies the entire period.
