A Twin Is Born For “Lechu Lamayim”: David Ben Arza With A New Hit – “Ani Tefilla”

David Ben Arza continues on his unique musical path, which has made him a groundbreaking voice in Jewish-Israeli music in recent years. His beautiful melodies, sincere lyrics and expressive voice have made him one of the favorite artists of wide and diverse audiences.

After the successful tour of performances for his debut album – Ben Arza is now embarking on a new journey with a fresh single: “Ani Tefilla”. The song joins the list of his greatest works, led by the hit “Lechu Lamayim”, which became an anthem of an era. It is no coincidence that David chose to define the new work as “a twin born for ‘Lechu Lamayim’” – two songs that stem from the same inner wellspring, but each of them illuminates a different angle in the personal and faith journey.

Ani Tefilla’ is not just an Elul song, it is a song about new beginnings. Whether it’s building a house or another significant process we’re going through.

It’s written about that moment – the closing hour, when one chapter closes and a new one opens.

In this moment of great anticipation and excitement, not knowing and deep faith in goodness – when life stands before our eyes, we don’t just pray above – we become the prayer ourselves.

The musical production is by the duo Eli Klein and Yitzy Berry, who wrapped Ben Arza‘s melody in a delicate arrangement that combines acoustic sounds with modern electro-pop aromas.
