Daniel Yativ Soars In New Single-Video: “Kanfei Ruach”

After a string of successful singles, singer-songwriter Daniel Yativ releases a new single-video called ‘Kanfei Ruach‘, in which he is filmed floating in the air dozens of meters high. The lyrics are by Daniel Yativ, the melody is co-written with Maor Shushan, who also produced the music. Production: David Fadida.

Singer-songwriter Daniel Yativ is making giant strides toward a debut album and releasing another single called ‘Kanfei Ruach’, which he wrote himself and composed with musician Maor Shushan, who also produced the music. The song ‘Kanfei Ruach‘ sweeps the listener into an inner journey of search, hope, and upliftment.

The song is accompanied by an extraordinary video filmed by director Liron Aputa, in which Daniel is floating in the air – a complex and unique shot taken using a crane dozens of meters high. The soaring is a powerful image that illustrates the message of the song: each of us has “Kanfei Ruach ,” the ability to rise above difficulty, and rediscover the spiritual strength within us.

Daniel shares: “I am a great believer in the power of will. Each of us can break through barriers that exist only in our own minds. The words of Rabbi Kook zt”l express this exactly: ‘Ben Adam, alei limala alei, Ki koach az l’cha, yesh l’cha Kanfei Ruach” for great power is with you – you have wings of the spirit.’ I pray that we will be blessed to understand that indeed, we do have wings of the spirit – much more than we think!”
