GAD ELBAZ & ITAY AMRAN – TACHZIK OTI (STRENGTHEN ME)

International musical collaboration, an exciting work that expresses the prayer of the heart

Tachzik Oti – Strengthen Me, is a touching song written and composed by Itay Amran and arranged by Gad Elbaz in our US studio. A collaboration between brilliant singers and creators and long-time friends. The abundance of talent of the partnership for the duet is incredibly exciting.

Gad Elbaz: “When I heard Itay sing “And if I am not worthy, then do it for the sake of my service” I felt I had to perform this song, as an artist who is connected to the Creator of the world and connected to it through the art of music which connects the physical and spiritual worlds …”

Itay Amran: “This song has been with me for several years and it went through multiple incarnations in terms of its identity, until, thank G-d, I met with Gad and the connection was made in an instant so it was meant to be…”

Gad and Itay have been friends for about a decade and a half. Just last summer they sang together on the biggest stage of the Chareidi world, in Ashkelon, in front of ten thousand people and will soon be teaming up again for joint performances around the country and internationally.
