Naftali Kempeh – B’tzeit Yisrael
Singer and composer Naftali Kempeh has been spending his time lately on a concert tour around America, and from there he is releasing his first single in honor of Pesach. B’tzeit Yisrael is a new song that joins the list of compositions that he has released lately. He often covers special niggunim of his musical rebbi, R’ Shlomo Carlebach.
Kempeh is well-known amongst the Yeshiva bochurim for his special kumzitzes, and has acquired for himself a special place amongst the musicians in the genre, who combine soul music with inspirational stories such as what R’ Shlomo used to do. He also composes his own tunes as well.
This song B’tzeit Yisrael was arranged by Eli Klein and Yitzy Berry.
