Uzi Bodner – Refaeinu – New Single

“If words are the pen of the heart, then song is the pen of the soul” (Rabbi Schneur Zelman of Liadi)

Songs can wait for years until the right singer comes along. It waits until a singer that appreciates a song’s mood, it’s composition, and infuses the song with soul.

Uzi Bodner‘s second single is not your typical song a unique melody that pulls at your heartstrings. When Uzi sat down with the legendary composer Yitzy Waldner, Uzi had a vision of crafting a song that expressed a heartfelt tefillah for those in need of a refuah. For Uzi, “Refaeinu” has a special meaning. Aside from singing by weddings and other simchos, Uzi also sings for Misameach, an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of sick people. This song is infused with Uzi‘s heart and soul. This song is a melodic representation of an appreciation of Hashem’s wondrous world, the fragility of good health, and the importance of tefillah. The song is produced and arranged by Doni Gross, one of Jewish music’s biggest names.

Dedicated to all. those that need a refuah sheleima. “Vehalei refuah sheleima lechal makoiseinu.”
