Shwekey & Leiner Perform For Ichud Hatzalah
Once a year the Ichud Hatzalah organization in Israel hosts a massive concert on Leil Hoshana Rabbah in Yerushalayim. This year as well, the tickets were sold out quickly well before the concert date. This year, for the first time, a second concert was quickly organized as well during the afternoon on Erev Hoshana Rabbah, which was quickly sold out as well.
All of this happened despite the fact that the tickets for the concert were very expensive, and all of the proceeds go to Hatzala. This special concert this year featured world-star Yaakov Shwekey, as well as rising American star Simcha Leiner for his first concert in Israel, performing some of the hits off his debut album “Pischi Li“. Yochi Briskman conducted the event, which was produced by Sharon Daniel‘s staff, accompanied by a full light and multimedia production.
