KAPAYIM – Daily Support For Families Coping With Illness – Shlomie Taussig & Yitzy Rosinger

Kapayim: A network of over 500 volunteers and coordinators that provide daily support for the entire family when coping with a child’s illness. Volunteers stick with the families as long as needed accompanying them to hospitals and to their homes. They will also provide direct financial assistance for things such as babysitting, housekeeping help, tutoring, prepaid trips for the siblings etc. Kapayim becomes an extension of the family to ensure that they do not struggle alone and carry them through dark times.
