8th Day on the first night of Chanukah in Richmond Hill, Ontario
It was a completely sold out show at the Center for Performing Arts in Richmond Hill as Chabad, the Mayor’s office and 8th Day joined forces to bring the Toronto area a most memorable Chanukah event. The audience was enthralled with a family circus presentation, and then a full feature concert with the SoCal based group 8th Day. Fronting the band are 2 brothers Bentzi and Shmuel Marcus, who are Chabad themselves. The energy in the room was palpable coming to a crescendo with the wildly popular “Ya’alili”.
