Yossi Green With A Special Single In Memory of The Shliach הי”ד “Dim’oh”

A few years ago, my wife and I had occasion to visit Dubai. And as is usual for us, we only travel to a destination where we can be within walking distance to a Chabad House. This gives us the opportunity to meet and get to know a precious and Lechtig Chabad Shliach and his Family among other Yidden who are traveling, as well as the local Yidden who are getting closer as a result of the beautiful work by the Shliach. On this trip when visiting Dubai, the Shliach, R’ Levi Duchman שליט”א was away for Shabbos and serving as his assistant Shliach at the time was R’ Tzvi Kogan הי”ד. The warm and Holy impression he left with us over that Shabbos was an unforgettable one, as was R’ Tzvi himself. When we heard what had happened הי”ד, it was devastating to us personally as well as to everyone we know. Whenever I thought of him, I found myself unable to contain my flowing tears. One night sitting at the piano, it was these lyrics with their promise by the נביא ישעיהו, as well as words I added from the נביא ירמיהו, that was my attempt to find some comfort in the Holy Words of the תנ”ך.

May this be the last of the crying and flow of tears for all of us, and may it be the beginnings of the experience by all of ישראל כלל of the light of
משיח צדקנו…
