A spectacular tribute evening took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to Honor and give thanks to The Chabad Yeshiva, for all of it’s tireless efforts of supporting and being at the helm of Torah studies in SaoPaulo.
The Yeshiva is going to it’s 17th year of educating many students which currently hold pulpit positions the world over, to mark this great milestone and as a fundraiser the Yeshiva invited Avrohom Fried, Yeedle Werdyger & The Freilach Orchestra from NY Conducted by Mendy Hershkowitz for a concert and evening of tribute to the Chabad Yeshiva.
The hall was filled with good spirits, Yeedle Werdyger sang some of his hit songs which the crowd really go in to and enjoyed, then came Avremel who really delivered a spectacular concert, which was absolutely heart warming, inspiring & breathtaking, Avremel really gave a full show singing some of his classic hits from the legendary Yossi Green, the crowd was in such high spirits that a group of children attempted to burst on to the stage.
Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Shamai Ende spoke of the great impact the Yeshiva has made on the community, impact and continued inspiration for the community at large.
Rabbi Mendel Koncepolski, who is the Executive Director of the Yeshiva said “Sao Paulo was on it’s feet tonight ” such an unbelievable concert doesn’t happen here every day !
