Two Chanzanim Unite For The “Eitz Chaim Medley” Spanning 30 Years
Cantor Avraham (“Avi”) Albrecht has been a familiar face at Beth Tfiloh Congregation in Pikesville for more than 26 years. Before that he served as a chazzan in Manhattan. He is a well known chazzan and has studied under some of the greats. Although he officially retired some four years ago, chazzan Shalom Jacobs of Chabad of the Jersey Shore brought him out of retirement for one this very special production.
With Shavous just days behind us, we must always remember that the whole reason we are here and the world exists is sole for the Torah. Eitz Chaiym Hi, it is likened to the tree of life. What more perfect time to release a special musical journey of Eitz Chaim, from old to new. Featuring four songs that have become part of our Shabbos, week after week, woven together with fresh arrangements, harmonies, and timeless melodies. All arranged and producer by the talented Yossi Schwartz and a stunning video produced by Zvika Bornstein.
