The Singer & Composer Mendy Vizel In The Single: “Miyodcho”

This week in Parshat Beshalach, in which Parshat Haman – considered a virtue for sustenance – is read, the singer and composer Mendy Vizel launches a new and special musical work.

The melody, in the style of the requests, was composed by Wiesel himself and is based on the wording of the request for sustenance said after the reading of Parashat Haman. The melody touches the depth of the emotion, and seeks to express a simple prayer, that everything may be blessed by Him.

The arrangement and musical production is entrusted to the arranger Yoeli Kapp, who gave an arrangement, accurate and full of depth, which preserves the spirit of the original and dresses it in a modern and respectable sound.

The new tune joins “Halevai” with another tune by Mendy Vizel, which combines the world of prayer and piyut with a contemporary musical language, and is intended to accompany the days of the parsha and the request for livelihood – with faith.
