Shirei Pinchas 2 “Vzakeini Acapella” Feat. Shloime Gertner

Shirei Pinchas 2 “Vzakeini Acapella” Feat. Shloime Gertner

Just 6 weeks ago, a dynamic new album featuring 10 original niggunim of Detroit resident Reb Pinchas Wolf was released. Shirei Pinchas vol. 2 was produced by the talented Doni Gross and featured the voices of Shlomo Simcha, Yoely Greenfield, Dovid Gabay, Shloime Gertner, Tzvi Silberstein, Micha Gamerman, Dovid Lowy and Shimmy Miller.

For sefira, Pinchas is releasing for the first time, an acapella version of one of the niggunim. The song he selected “Vzakeini,” features the talented British singer Shloime Gertner. “Shloime’s voice coupled with Doni’s vocal arrangement is sure to stir feelings in anyone who listens to this version of the song,” says Pinchas Wolf. “These are words that Jewish mothers say every Friday night as they beseech Hashem that their offspring grow up in the ways of the Torah. What an amazing message to spread during this somber time for the Jewish people.” The vocal arrangement features not only Montreal’s premiere choir Zimra Choir but also features the choral voices of Israel’s Yedidim International Choir.

May we all merit to see our children and children’s children grow in the ways of the Torah and Mitzvos.
