Shay Viner – “Ten Li”

Shay Viner, who won the title of “Discovery of the Year” on the music charts, returns with a new eighth single and a spectacular video: “Ten Li.”
“Ten Li” is a personal and deep prayer song, in which Viner directly addresses Hashem and asks for strength, courage and direction. Sometimes, and it has happened before – a person who reaches fame may miss the point that HaShem intended for him to make the world happy and perhaps mistakenly think that he is the story and the rest is just scenery. In a world that overwhelms us with challenges and fears, the song offers a moment of pause and honesty with those who can really help and remind us of the reason and the circumstances.
The lyrics, co-written by writers Binyamin Elbaz and Ben Shelef, manage to touch the simplest and most real place: the desire to see light in the darkness, overcome fears and jump into deep water when there is someone to trust.
