Rabbi Shlomo Einhorn Releases Debut Album – Judaism Alive: A Musical Odyssey
Rabbi Shlomo Einhorn has his rabbinical ordination and a master’s in education from Yeshiva University, and has completed learning the Talmud Bavli nine times. During his seven-year tenure as head rabbi of the West Side Institutional Synagogue in Manhattan, Rabbi Einhorn helped his synagogue achieve 70 percent growth. His out-of-the-box work was so successful that in 2010 the Orthodox Union gave him his own think tank to craft programming for other synagogues across America. In 2012, Einhorn moved back to his hometown of Los Angeles to serve as dean and rabbi of Yavneh Hebrew Academy. While writing his upcoming Judaism Alive, Einhorn was inspired to write music related to the book. He called his old pall Yishai Mendelsohn and together they put together their album Judaism Alive: A Musical Odyssey.
Currently, Rabbi Einhorn is the Dean and Rav of Yeshivat Yavneh in Los Angeles, California.
His source of most pride is his lovely wife Shira and their five beautiful children Yisrael, Estee, Ariella, Eliyahu and Sarah.
