Niguni Beis Viznitz: “A Heilige Leben” The New Chassidic Album That Is Making Waves
The world of authentic Chassidic music is buzzing. A new Chassidic album is coming out, bringing back to the stage the days of mythological Chassidic albums
‘A Heilige Leben‘ – a magnificent album containing a quality collection of the best Niguni Beis Viznitz, new and old quality melodies on Torah and Chassidic matters, sung in the Viznitz Holy Courtyard, on various occasions and times throughout the year.
The album is performed by the Viznitz Choir, the Viznitz Montreal Children’s Choir and the Pirchei Shevach Choir, with musical arrangements by Maestro Benny Laufer and Moshe Kahana.
The album is graced with moving performances by the great musicians of the Viznitz Chassidic community, Rabbi Moshe Shtekel, Rabbi Moshe Weiss, Rabbi Aryeh Weiss, Rabbi Yehoshua Roth, Rabbi Yisrael Chaim Weiss. The album is also graced by Rabbi Mendel Pollak, head of the poets in the Holy Courtyard of Viznitz, and the elderly Chassidic community, Rabbi Chaim Walzer, who was honored to sing for Rabbi Baal HaImrei Chaim M’Viznitz.
