Moving To The Point of Tears: Shmulik Sukkot Presents The “Selichot” Project
In the midst of the Days of Mercy, Shmulik Sukkot presents “Selichot,” a live, sweeping and emotionally charged performance that combines the best melodies of the period with a rich musical production. He was joined on stage by the “Neshama” choir conducted by Itzik Filmer, and an expanded orchestra conducted and arranged by Benny Laufer, who together created a tight musical envelope, full of power and authentic Jewish soul that takes you directly into the atmosphere of the High Holy Days.
The moving performance was recorded and filmed during a special event of the organization ‘B’Lev Echad‘ produced by Isaac Geffen, with the accompanying music video featuring the musicians and the organization’s members, in moments full of joy, emotion and warmth.
