Dubbed by the New York Post as “the sound of spirituality,” The Moshe Hecht Band is led by singer-songwriter Moshe Hecht and combines the musical forces of an eclectic blend of gifted New York musicians. Since forming two years ago, they’ve performed internationally, headlined on the main float at the Israel Day Parade in NYC, performed a pre-game concert at CitiField and played sold out shows at popular venues like The Canal Room and The Knitting Factory.

Moshes music draws inspiration from folk, classic rock, reggae and Chassidic melodies. His lyrics are poetic, honest, and confident, complimented by a voice that is aged with a depth, wisdom and passion beyond his years. Moshe considers his music a tool for communicating elevating ideas and lessons. The dream, he says, is “to inspire people to connect with their roots in a natural yet powerful way.”
