MOSHAV Releases: SHABBAT Vol. 1
I spoke with Yehuda Solomon about the vibe of Moshav‘s new Shabbat Vol. 1 record.
“This record is very special to us and brings us back to our childhood on the Moshav, and reconnects us to those very special Shabbat’s with Reb Shlomo in the small shul packed with family & Chevra singing and dancing late in to the Friday nights. Duvid & I recorded this CD at our home studio here in Los Angeles and tried to give it a very raw vibe, kind of like we’re all just hanging out again and jamming on the Moshav.
The graphic on the CD is also a very simple drawing by our Moshav artist/friend Yitzchak Ben Yehuda of the early days on Moshav Mevo Modi’in which again brings us back to those special times when and where it all started”. We hope you’ll all enjoy it as much as we did while making it.”
