Behind The Miracle: Shimon Tubul In An Exciting New Song “Shma Oti”
About a year ago, Shimon Tubul, one of the outstanding wedding singers began going hoarse, the hope was that it would go away over time, but it didn’t and he got to a point where he could barely talk. His doctors found that he had a polyp on his vocal cords that were blocking them. The doctors told him that he had to have the polyp surgically removed, and that he would not be able to sing again, but hopefully he’d be able to at least speak. He went to speak to major Rabbanim and got their Bracha to have the surgery and not to worry, and it went smoothly. Then in what was considered to be an absolute medical miracle, his throat healed and he went back to singing again.
In gratitude over the miracle that happened to him, Shimon went to work together with Avi Ohayon to produce this single called Shema Oti.
