“Lecha Eli Teshukati” Naftali Kalfa Featuring Rabbi Shlomo Katz
The new single “Lecha Eli Teshukati” (“To You, My God, is My Desire”) carries a heartfelt and sincere call to the Creator, right before the introspective days of Elul and the traditional Selichot prayers. The unique voice of Naftali Kalfa meets the deep, soulful Chassidic sound of Rabbi Shlomo Katz, creating a blend of truth and spirit that reaches straight to the heart.
The song wraps these timeless words in a classic arrangement, inviting listeners to pause, turn inward, and lift their hearts toward the heavens.
Naftali Kalfa:
“Elul has always been, for me, a moment of honesty with myself and with God. I wanted this song to be a melody of longing and desire, one that anyone can carry with them into the Days of Awe.”
Released in honor of Elul, “Lecha Eli Teshukati” heralds the upcoming new album by Naftali Kalfa, set to be released soon.
The song is now available on all digital streaming platforms.
