Lecha Dodi In Lelov – Yair Adler, Mendy Goldberg, Shmulik Weinreich

Singer and composer Yair Adler presents a captivating and moving musical production of the tune “Lecha Dodi” sung with a burning heart in the sacred courtyard of Lelov every Shabbat.

The special production features the Chassidic artist Mendy Goldberg and the talented arranger Shmulik Weinreich in a unique and captivating music video that takes you into the fiery Lelov fire during the ‘Pania Damaeli Shabbata’.

According to tradition, the tune is attributed to the Rabbi Hachoze of Lublin, who welcomed Shabbat with him, and was established by Rabbi David Biderman of Lelov as a fixed tune that all worshippers would sing every Shabbat, and not even change a song with “Lo Saivoshi “, so that they would not be distracted or mistaken and ashamed of it.
