Lakie Dance Exercise/Aerobics DVD for women

From the creator:
Looking in the mirror is something that a lot of women avoid in our day. I know when I look in the mirror, I like to feel good about myself and look my best, and I like looking like a healthy, fit individual. Anything short of that is just not good enough. It may be challenging to lose the weight that a person may want, and furthermore it’s hard to reach a desired goal, especially without direction. That is why I created this DVD – to bestow the power on every woman that it is possible to be fit and healthy within the parameters of Jewish religion. I was able to do this by harnessing the creative resources that our society has to offer. This DVD follows the laws of tzniut (modesty) as well as using a music selection that is geared towards our community. This fitness workout is geared towards individuals working on themselves, and their bodies to reach a healthier, fitter goal. It’s a core aerobic workout targeting the major problem areas that the average woman wants to tone. As a high energy, fun, pumping, cardio-interval-toning fitness routine, it makes participants not even think that they are working out, only that they are enjoying a great party. So come and do something a little more for yourself. Join the party… dance and get fit with me!
