Kaskeset Releases New Song “L’dor Vador” feat. Alumni From class of 2000-2015
Binghamton University’s Kaskeset has been setting the bar for excellence among collegiate Jewish a cappella groups for 15 years. To celebrate this milestone, over 50 of the group’s alumni came together at a special 15th Anniversary concert this May, where they debuted a new song, Josh Nelson’s L’dor Vador, together.
This exciting collaboration of past and present also went into the studio to create an moving, emotional recording of the song, arranged and produced by Kaskeset alumnus and Jewish a cappella guru Mike Boxer of Six13 fame. The track, featuring alumni spanning the group’s 15-year history — from the class of 2000 all the way to the class of 2015 — is a testament to the power of tradition, of the human voice, and of every Jew’s connection through Hashem to one another all at once.
THIS GROUP HAS BOTH MALE & FEMALE VOCALISTS
