Otsar is 20 years old and lives in Biet Shemesh, after having made aliya 5 years ago. Today he learns in the Mir yeshiva and speaks fluently both Hebrew and English. Chiuch Echad is his debut single. The English translation is “one smile,” which is perfect since the song is about smiling and being happy.
